Is it a subscription?

No — $19 once.

What does it work with?

Claude Desktop and Claude in the browser both take the whole batch. Some apps — Cursor, for one — read only the first item; use Export → drag for those.

Mac only?

Yes. ShotRack is built natively for macOS, so Windows would mean rebuilding the core. If enough people ask for it, we'll build it.

Privacy?

Everything stays on your machine — no accounts, no uploads, no telemetry.

Does it need any permissions?

No. ShotRack never takes a screenshot itself — it watches for the files your own Cmd+Shift+4 already creates. No Screen Recording, no Accessibility, nothing to approve.

Where did my screenshot file go?

ShotRack keeps your screenshot; the Desktop copy moves to Trash so it doesn't pile up. It's always recoverable from Trash, and you can turn this off in Settings if you prefer both copies.
